The service here was phenomenal! The mechanic I worked with was honest, friendly and did not hassle me into unnecessary repairs, which I have experienced at other shops. The entire experience was hassle free and that is a valuable trait to have these days. I wouldn’t trust my vehicle anywhere else.

The people at Eagle Automotive are top notch. They will tell you exactly what your car needs right now and what services can wait. They even show you pictures of problems that need to be addressed. I wouldn't trust my car care to anyone else.

Davis Repair is a first class business that has always provided excellent customer service, high quality maintenance, inspection, and repair work with detailed explanations at reasonable prices. I have always received detailed breakdowns for recommended work and ratings of severity or urgency with expected timelines without ever feeling pressured to pay for costly repairs before they are necessary. The information provided and itemized pricing allows me to thoroughly research the diagnosed issues and the summary description of what to recognize indicating when a potential problem may have turned into a current one gives me confidence when driving my vehicle. Plus, when I have questioned repairs performed, Davis reviewed the work to confirm the quality and completion without hesitation or arrogant derision, standing behind their work and ASE credentials. When purchasing used cars, the pre-sale inspections are thorough and reasonable and helped me immensely in making informed decisions while avoiding future costly repairs. Hannah was always willing to answer questions, offer advice, and the information provided about various makes ands models vitally assisted me. Davis has earned my trust and there is no other place I would go for automotive service or advice about automotive work, a customer for life.

Friendly staff but they will overcharge you. They tried to charge me $771 to replace the spark plugs in my car..

I was optimistic going in. The guy that met me out front got me started on paper and quoted very quickly, I was happy with the initial price for an oil change, brake replacement and diagnostic. I dropped the car off around 2pm Thursday and they said they'd call me later that night. Didn't get a response until nearly 11am the next day, didn't even ask if they could keep overnight. Got a call and was told they wanted $1600+ to work on my waterpump and timing belt. This included over $1000 in labor. They were pushy about me saying no. When I showed up to get my car back, I found out that they hadn't completed an oil change or checked the brakes, but wanted me to pay the same $65 they quoted for everything initially, but with only a diagnostic being done. After trying to sell me on their work aggressively and going so far as to say that my car was in bad shape BECAUSE I hadn't gotten professional work done, they finally got the original quoter to come in and drop the cost. I will never come to them for any assistance. They care more about your money than you or your car.
