Everything went great and the staff was more than accommodating

When I called to ask about using my AAA membership for an inspection of my car, Eagle said they would be happy to help. They gave me a quite detailed report on my car and verified my suspicion that I needed brake and rotor work. The work was performed well and I was given the AAA discount along with earning dollars toward my next visit. I felt they were fair and reliable and did not try to take advantage of me by suggesting work be done that did not need to be done.

We have taken 3 cars here for the last three years and our experience has been nothing short of stellar. Always timely repairs, thorough explanation and commitment to follow up is the best. We trust them and we appreciate the impact of safe cars for our family.

As a first-time customer, I was pleased that the work needed was thoroughly explained by Marcia. It turned out that repair of a possible $1,400 leak was not the case--very good news. They did not recommend services not needed as another shop did the week prior. They also found that two 15-year-old hoses needed to be replaced, which the other shop did not note. I could have been stranded somewhere unnecessarily and had to be towed. Eagle has earned themselves a new client, and there are 3 locations less than 5 miles from where I live.
