Friendly. Professional. Honest. When my car wouldn’t start, I Googled ‘towing’ in my location and Eagle Automotive was the first search result. I called to get a tow and spoke with Chuck. He was friendly and helpful and recommended It Happens Towing. I was picked up within 20 minutes and dropped off at Eagle Automotive where Chuck did an initial inspection of my Jeep and then gave me an estimate on when I would receive an official diagnosis. When he called with the diagnosis, he gave me his recommendation on what needed immediate attention and what could be addressed later. I picked up my Jeep and Chuck explained everything that was done and even showed me my old, oil-covered starter. I received a print out of the complete vehicle inspection which included photos - so helpful! I would recommend Eagle Automotive for any vehicle need(s) and have already mentioned them to several friends and family.

Chris and everyone at the Littleton were great. Had an appointment a week earlier and couldn’t test my car because of snowy roads and asked me to come back. Really appreciate the fact they were honest and did’t do repairs without testing car.

It's about time I found a trustworthy auto shop! I have had the same mechanical issue with my car for two years now. I have taken it in before to two other shops, both of whom claimed they fixed the problem, charged me a large amount, and the system broke within a week of both repairs! This is the first shop I've been to that actually was upfront, honest, and professional! My car was fixed in less than a day and I haven't had a single problem since. They took the time to explain the mechanical issue and how they would fix it. Also, for you ladies out there, this is the first shop that didn't treat me like I was stupid just because I'm a female who they assume doesn't know anything about cars.
