Should be no stars. Went in for a simple oil change, told me I needed the most expensive one. Not knowing any better I said fine, if my car needs it then sure. And no, my car is not an expensive fancy one. I was then told my car rear brakes were really bad, they kept trying to get me to leave my car there for them to fix because the brakes were "unsafe" and trying to bribe me with getting me a free uber drive home. And charge me $250, minimum. Funny thing is, he would not even look at my brakes to tell me what the exact problem was. "They could fall apart if I take the wheel off". Ended up going elsewhere to find out my brakes were FINE! And had at least 1,000 miles left on them to go. Also, to top it all off, the guy helping me was the manager. Do yourself a favor and go to another place and do not let them try to scare you into getting something you probably don't even need. Only reason theyre getting one star is because the owner was nice enough, unlike the manager, to refund me for my bad service.
Hi Becca. Thank you for taking the time to sharing your feedback with you. I want to apologize to you that my team did not meet your expectations and made you feel like our intention was to bribe you or trick you into doing work that was unnecessary. Our goal is to make sure that you are well informed about the safety and reliability of your vehicle so that you can make informed decisions and give the fact that you were not happy with the purchase of a $12 additive for higher mileage cars, we gladly refunded your entire oil change in goodwill. I am glad your friend was able to look at your brakes and ensure that they were safe for at least 1000 miles. The noise that it made gave our ASE certified Master Technician concern that there was a broken component and I am glad he alerted you to the problem so that you made it a priority to look at it. Please feel free to call me directly at 720-439-4180 if you would like to discuss anything further. Warm Regards, Brian Bates
