I am writing a second review of Eagle Automotive Services. What can I say, the customer service has been amazing. I brought my Nissan Armada into the the shop after my wife's parents had been treat well and had a good experience. I went in for an oil change and they did a check of our Armada and found some issues that I needed to have taken care of, some I knew about and others that I was not aware of. They send you a report showing you the items that they found that need to be worked on. They rank them by color and severity which is helpful. There are other companies that provide this same kind of service but I found it extremely helpful to have the pictures to go along with the report. After I went into pick up my car they went over the items with me. I decided to have the work completed with the understanding that they would try and submit one of the items to our CarMax warranty. The next day I received a call from Eagle Automotive Services and they let me know that they had received authorization to repair the issue with the steering. The next day they called and told me the car was ready and that they had more good news for me. When Eagle was talking to CarMax about the one steering issue the asked about another issue because they had worked with CarMax enough to know that this other issue might be able to be covered. Low and behold it was covered and they saved me about $1,700.00 in total repairs by making a phone call. It made my week. This is the second experience with Eagle that my family has had and they were both amazing. The customer service was above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend Eagle Automotive Services on Kipling to have work done on your vehicle. Last but not least, I believe that all the work that Eagle Automotive does is warranty for 4 years or 48,000 miles which tells me that they stand behind their work. I would just like to say thank you again for the great customer service and honest way of doing business.

I cannot say enough about Eagle Automotive Service on Kipling. They were great!! My wife's parents went to the Kipling location after they had gone to another automotive service company on Kipling in Lakewood to have a repair done and then redone and other company still did not fix it. They decided to take a shot at Eagle Automotive Service as they had recently opened this Kipling location. They took their van in and Eagle figured out that the other company had put the part in incorrectly which caused the car to keep leaking fluid on their driveway. Eagle worked with them through my in-laws warranty with CarMax and got it fixed correctly with no further issues. They took care to do the job right the first time. We will continue to work with Eagle Automotive Services, hopefully for a long time to come.

My 99 GMC failed the emissions test. Eagle was able diagnose the problem and repair it so it would pass , which it did. My truck runs better and is good to go for another 2 years thanks to them. They also made sure to keep me informed by way phone calls, texts and emails. Highly recommend

I have been taking my automobiles to Eagle for over 15 years. Always great service at a fair price!

I was pleased that Eagle Auto used high quality shock absorbers that will last a long time. I was also pleased that they stand behind their work and tightened-up some loose nuts or bolts on my power steering rack which they had replaced last year. I am also pleased that I had earned rewards dollars and was able to use them to get a discount on my most recent repairs/service on my SUV. Joe is a knowledgeable and courteous service tech. (front counter person).

Worse place to take your car. I felt cheated! They said they would call to address my concerns never happened! Women beware!!
