Colorado Auto Repair

I had previously rated this shop a one star. This was done for communication issues. I have since changed my tune. The owner of the business, Brian, personally called me to apologize for the communication failures. This was enough for me. As everyone makes mistakes and deserve second chances. Brian did not stop at the apology. He spent 30 minutes on the phone with me helping me understand which cars to avoid and which ones he sees less often in his shop. He even gave me his son's business to help me find a car. Brian called a week later and asked how the car shopping was. I was so impressed by his follow up call, I sent the new (used) car to his shop to be examined by his repair technicians. I don't know Brian personally, however I know he will provide me honest and accurate findings on my automotive needs in the future. Thank you Brian. You have a customer who will appreciate your honesty and will tell others in the future.

My car had stopped unexpecredly due to a bad alternator. It had to be towed to Eagle Automotive. Dave took care of keeping us informed of the progress. Although it took a little longer than originally expected, I wasn't in a particular hurry and would rather it be right and complete than have another problem crop up. Ultimately, we were very satisfied with the customer service we received.

Very pleased with the service and staff at Eagle! They stand by their work, are very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the print off and email they send with all the information regarding what is in good condition on your car, coming up for maintenance and needs attention. The pictures they include are great too! Thankful that I was referred here and will definitely refer others!

I had a starter replaced on a 1999 Subaru Outback wagon. $550 is way to much for that job. I felt like got robbed. They told me earlier in the day it would be around $400. When I complained they just saidtou want meto take it out. Rhen said that is the price mo negotiation. Just a smug attitude.

I know I can trust Eagle Automotive to fix my car correctly and that I can be safe driving. Plus the Uber rides to and from the shop were appreciated!
