I had previously rated this shop a one star. This was done for communication issues. I have since changed my tune. The owner of the business, Brian, personally called me to apologize for the communication failures. This was enough for me. As everyone makes mistakes and deserve second chances. Brian did not stop at the apology. He spent 30 minutes on the phone with me helping me understand which cars to avoid and which ones he sees less often in his shop. He even gave me his son's business to help me find a car. Brian called a week later and asked how the car shopping was. I was so impressed by his follow up call, I sent the new (used) car to his shop to be examined by his repair technicians. I don't know Brian personally, however I know he will provide me honest and accurate findings on my automotive needs in the future. Thank you Brian. You have a customer who will appreciate your honesty and will tell others in the future.
