I so appreciate the care you took with my granddaughter's car. It had a difficult electronic/electrical problem. The very specific diagnostics helped her make a hard decision about her car, but the loaner car provided to her made a huge amount of difference as she waited for resolution.

He have unfortunately had several issues with this vehicle. We have also had issues shortly after repairs were made. Stephen and the staff have always been very friendly and have prioritized us. They are fair and honest. I would recommend them to anyone

We've used a few local auto service shops but recently used Eagle for the first time. Unfortunately we've experienced a few issues with our vehicles recently and have had the opportunity to use Eagle for multiple repairs. They have been amazing to work with from a simple oil change, fixing issues with air conditioning, repairing lift gates to a trunk and more. Their prices are reasonable and they do quality work. We did encounter one issue and they took full accountability and quickly fixed it for no cost. One of my favorite things about Eagle Automotive is their communication. I am on zoom all day, everyday so it's tough for me to pick up the phone. They allow both texting and emailing, including sending pictures as they diagnose issues. I highly recommend Eagle Automotive.

Always good professional service. I like the use of a text message when vehicle is ready or requiring a contact with the service representative to discuss the car's needs. It makes for a more transparent transaction. Good people, personal touch.

Fantastic and knowledgeable group of people. Even the front desk knew a lot about cars which I find rare in shops. They repaired my struts and aligned my wheels after installing. Also came with a huge inspection that is great resource for knowledge of the car. Recommend them highly. Car runs fantastic now
