When I purchased my Honda, I had a few problems and took it to Eagle Automotive. The service I received was amazing. They didn't talk down to me but rather to me to explain what was going on with my car and exactly what they were going to do. If they came across something in the process, they called me to inform me before continuing the service. I have tried other shops in the area and nothing compares to the service, and honesty Eagle Automotive provides. I highly recommend them.

My car overheated. Took it to a local Littleton shop w/ reputable service. Was told I needed a new radiator...around $700(w/o thermostat) w/18 month warranty. Got 2nd opinion w/Eagle. Out the door at $600 including a new thermostat and 36 month warranty! Good service and competitive pricing!

I'll have to admit that I do not trust auto mechanics. I have been taken to the cleaners too many time by dishonest people. Not so at Eagle. They were very responsive, honest and forward with my estimate of major work and discussed, line by line, what needed to be done versus what could be done. Overall, a great experience. I found my new mechanic for my family and that is Eagle Automotive.

I never have to worry that I'm getting what I need. And even though I didn't have a coupon, they gave me one to give me $20 off.

We were able to get a convenient appointment and the service was done promptly. We were consulted about needed service. Everyone is very pleasant and professional. We feel very comfortable having our cars maintained here. Thank you.

I love that when I make an appointment, that they take me within a few minutes of arriving and finish within the estimated time. Everyone is always so friendly, and they explain things in as much detail as I need. Because they check out all kinds of things, not just what I took it in for, they give me a 'heads-up' when something is marginal. Therefore I can space out repairs/maintenance and feel I'm driving a very safe car and will not be surprised by an unexpected malfunction.

Brandon & Brian were able to get my vehicle in and advised me of a potential issue that would have been ugly while traveling out of town for the holiday!

Always GREAT service. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I feel that I get an honest assessment. THey even prioritize services so that I can plan ahead.
