Brought in a high-mileage van with an intermittent emissions issue. They listened to my spotty explanation of the problem as explained by another shop that couldn't fix it and asked for clarification later on about exactly what I wanted. At the end of the day, they were honest and explained that the very sporadic issue wasn't coming up enough for them to make a confident repair recommendation. To that end, they were more than reasonable about billing for the diagnosis. I'll be bringing the vehicle back to address a number of other issues they pointed out.
