After years of dealer service and often less than satisfying experiences, I tried Eagle Automotive for a necessary procedure on my older Saturn. I was very pleased with Ray's professionalism and Eagle's willingness to work with me on price and services needed. As a lifelong AAA member I was also pleased to see that Eagle is a recommended facility. I like the interactive approach to a reasonable maintenance program and plan to have both our cars serviced by Eagle in the future.

Every time I have taken the Volvo into Eagle they have taken the time to research the problem and have corrected it. They have gone as far as taken things apart put them back together so I could have the car and then gone back and fixed everything. They really care about the customer. They are very cost effective. I never got this kind of treatment and the Volvo dealer.

This is a great facility. Competitive in pricing. Work done as planned with warranty. David was really helpful. I was able to look at the replaced parts when I picked up the car.

As always, Andrew and the gang took great care of one of our high mileage beasts (350k+..) Prompted by the text / email reminder ...called late Friday, in and early Saturday ...doesn't get any better ....unless start doing house calls! :)

Good service. Good communication on what repairs needed to be done. One suggestion would be to communicate to the customer if you need to keep the car to finish the work the next day.
