I had scheduled an appointment because my check engine light was on (I had stopped by previously and they told me it was catalytic converter and to keep an eye on it) and there was a sound coming from the engine, which sounded like a belt to me. I stopped by to drop off the car, the noise stopped and the light went off. That's how good these guys are. Just kidding--they let me reschedule for when the noise comes back and the light goes on. The phrase "Peace of mind" is the best way I can describe Eagle Automotive.I am never concerned that I will be given a false diagnosis and am always pleased with the results of my repairs.My recent visit was replacing rear shocks but a warranty repair was also completed on something that was done last year that started making the same noise again that added no extra cost.I have recommended Eagle to friends and family and will continue to do so in the future. I took my car to another shop for repair and had to take it back a second time as the problem didn't get fixed. After the second visit, I was still experiencing the same issue, so I went to Eagle. I was frustrated and had paid (twice) to have the problem fixed so I was dreading taking the car in again. Brian was very professional and understanding. He didn't say anything negative about the other mechanic, just explained what the issue was and what my options were to repair. My car runs so much better now and I finally feel relief that the problem was taken care of correctly. Thank you very much for being so thorough, courteous and professional. I am never disappointed at Eagle! I brought my car in because it was making a noise in the cold weather...they looked at it, didn't find the noise, but deglazed a belt to see if that would help. I was not charged for this sweet act of goodwill. I am a regular customer at Eagle and will not take my car to any other service shop. They help me keep my car in great working order.
